RedEye offers high-performance, engineering materials for building detailed functional prototypes and low-volume production. These materials are used in a variety of applications, such as direct digital manufacturing, conceptualization, form, fit, function, plastics tooling (patterns, design and building), sales presentations and as marketing materials.

Whenever you consider stereolithography (SLA) or selective laser sintering (SLS), think about RedEye's fused deposition modeling (FDM) or PolyJet technologies as an alternative. RedEye can build durable, functional, repeatable prototypes quickly to meet your project needs.

FDM Thermoplastic Materials

	ABS - (Acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene) Durable engineering grade plastic.
	ABSi - (ABS with high impact strength) The extra durability of this engineering grade plastic has higher impact strength than normal ABS. Its appearance is semi-translucent.
	ABS-M30 (Acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene) 25-70% stronger than Standard ABS and with a greater tensile, impact and flexural strength.
	ABS-M30i (Acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene) High strength material well suited for the medical and food packaging industries.
	PC (Polycarbonate) Excellent durability, high performance plastic.
	PC-ISO (Polycarbonate-ISO) Excellent durability, high performance plastic with medical applications.
	PC/ABS (Polycarbonate/ABS Blend) PC-ABS is a blend of polycarbonate and ABS plastic. The superior durability of this blend combines the strength of PC with the flexibility of ABS.
	ULTEM A high performance thermoplastic that is strong, lightweight and flame-retardant.
	PPSF (Polyphenylsulfone) The highest durability of any FDM thermoplastic. This high performance material has superior impact strength, V-Zero flammability rating, and is resistant to chemicals, Acids and petroleum products.

PolyJet Resin Materials

	Clear PolyJet Resin (FC720) This material works well for models that require smoother surface finish and high feature detail. Also where transparency is desired.
	VeroWhite PolyJet Resin (FC830) This material has improved mechanical properties and enhanced visualization of details and edges when compared to Clear PolyJet Resin.
	VeroBlue PolyJet Resin (FC840) This material has improved mechanical properties and enhanced visualization of details and edges when compared to Clear PolyJet Resin.
	VeroBlack PolyJet Resin (FC870) This material has improved mechanical properties and enhanced visualization of details and edges when compared to Clear PolyJet Resin.
	TangoPlus PolyJet Resin (FC930) This material is similar to rubber or silicone offering exceptional elongation at break, excellent toughness and durability and high resistance to tearing.
	TangoGray PolyJet Resin (FC950) This material is similar to rubber or silicone and provides controlled flexibility and elasticity with a hardness of 75 Shore A.
	TangoBlack PolyJet Resin (FC970) This material is similar to rubber or silicone and provides maximum elasticity with a hardness of 61 Shore A.
